PROCESSING Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please note that during major sales or holidays, additional processing time may be needed. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. However, if assistance is required, please contact Nathan at Nathan@officialhomescents.com with as many details as possible, and we will do our best to help.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S. over $149. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times will vary based on the shipping method and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when a label is created for your order, but tracking status updates may take up to 48-72 hours. After an order is shipped, tracking and final delivery are outside our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
RUSH PROCESSING We offer expedited processing for domestic orders within the contiguous U.S. Pricing varies by destination and package weight. Rush processing means your order will be prioritized for processing, packing, and shipping within 24 hours (or up to 2 days during peak times). Note that rush processing does not alter shipping or transit times.
SHIPPING TIMES Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery dates depend on business days. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with expedited options may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday (not on weekends). Delivery is out of our control once handed to the carrier. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. Please note that customs and duties fees are not included in international shipping rates and may be required upon delivery.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange by contacting Nathan@officialhomescents.com. Returns will be inspected, and if approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please reach out.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately. For damaged or incorrect items, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description. Reports of damaged products should be made before using the product.
EXCEPTIONS Fragrance oils, sale items, gift cards, discontinued items, and limited collections/releases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Temperature Advisory Candles and similar products may melt during warm weather. We are not responsible for items that melt due to high temperatures during shipping. We advise scheduling deliveries to air-conditioned locations where someone can receive them.
